Working principle of strip winding line

During the operation of the production line, this type of unit can establish front and rear tension, making the re wound steel coils beautiful and smooth, facilitating subsequent processing or transportation, thereby improving the stability of the production line.

When winding strip steel, the winding machine must have a certain winding tension, and the magnitude of the winding tension depends on the working state of the winding machine and the product specifications. Inappropriate tension values will directly affect product quality. Excessive coiling tension values can affect the internal metallographic structure of the product and lead to an increase in the capacity of the equipment motor, resulting in unnecessary energy loss; On the contrary, excessively small values of coiling tension can also affect product quality and cause strip deviation. It can be seen that excessive or insufficient values of the winding tension will directly affect the normal operation of the winding machine. Therefore, the selection of tension values should be cautious.
